Palace Villas Ostra is a collection of branded villas by Emaar Properties within The Oasis master community in Dubai. Developed in partnership with Palace Hotels & Resorts, the project comprises 526 standalone villas with 4 to 6 bedrooms. The residences feature spacious layouts, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking landscaped gardens and waterways, offering residents privacy and a calm, resort-style environment.

Residents have access to a wide range of amenities, including a swimmable lagoon with a sandy beach, water canals, landscaped parks and jogging tracks. The community also offers fitness centres and family dining areas, while each villa comes with a private pool and sun deck for outdoor relaxation.

The interiors are finished in neutral tones with premium materials and high-end European fittings. Open-plan living and dining areas create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The villas are delivered unfurnished with an equipped kitchen, allowing owners to personalise the interiors to their taste.

Location description and benefits

The Oasis is a master-planned community in Dubailand covering approximately 100 million sq ft. The area is accessible via Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54) and is located approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai, combining a quiet suburban setting with convenient access to the city's main districts.

The community is planned to include over 7,000 villas and mansions with 3 to 6 bedrooms. Around 25% of the total area is dedicated to lakes, water canals, parks and green spaces, creating a natural, open environment for families.

The Oasis also features approximately 1.5 million sq ft of retail space with lifestyle brands, restaurants and entertainment venues. This allows residents to meet their daily needs within the community while staying well connected to the rest of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
