The development's design draws inspiration from the coral, reflected in the name ‘Al Marjan’. The building’s M-shape is inspired by the Moonstone coral, maximizing sea views from each apartment. A single loaded corridor design ensures unobstructed sea views from every apartment. Each unit features a spacious 2.4-meter-wide balcony, offering ample outdoor living space complemented by movable sunscreens and full vision glass panels.
